Hi, my name is Ciarán Robinson and I’m a professionally-qualified personal trainer. There is no doubt about the health benefits of regular exercise. We read and hear it about it all the time. However, it is now more important than ever that we take action to look after our health. Including our mind and our body. The one thing I enjoy most about working with my clients is seeing them consistently reach their fitness goals. Not only that, it drives and motivates me when my clients tell me that they are happier, have more energy and look and feel great.

It has been my life and source of energy for over 12 years. I understand how the body works and I will show you how to make it optimally work for you. I’ve transformed my own body for men’s physique competitions. I’ve got skin in the game and practice what I preach.
